Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively seeking a sharp and poised Senior Attorney Recruiting Coordinator for a top DC law firm. The Senior Coordinator will handle full cycle recruitment for senior attorneys, including Partners, and Of Counsel.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3 solid years of legal recruiting experience looking to take their experience to the next level.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Communicate with senior attorney candidates and interviewers to schedule interviews
  • Guide senior attorney candidates through the recruiting process and communicate any updates in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the recruiting process
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including background check and conflict check forms, and coordinating with HR
  • Collaborate with HR on orientation schedules and other arrival day logistics
  • Assist with special projects
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with viRecruit preferred
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management sills, ability to juggle competing priorities
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
