The Ford Agency is searching for a proactive and service-oriented Recruiter to join our internal team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates and thrives in a collaborative environment committed to exceptional service. Responsibilities Include:
Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire and temporary placements
Screen / interview candidates and assess candidacy for various client needs
Identify new clients and develop and foster strong relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with team on various business development and recruiting initiatives
Work collaboratively with the team on broad range of openings
Write and post advertisements and other online marketing content
Qualifications Include:
1+ year of experience recruiting, project management, or related experience.
Staffing agency and/or business development experience a plus
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
Superior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindset
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
