Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to work with a leading consulting firm. The successful candidate will work directly with all departments to provide internal help desk, applications and systems support, voice systems, and network systems administration. The ideal candidate will have help desk experience, enjoy helping people solve problems and know how to deliver exceptional IT service to a broad range of professionals. This is a hybrid, temp-to-hire position, and is available immediately.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support to staff across all systems and platforms
  • Ability to configure, install, and resolve issues with all standard software application
  • Sets up and manages all mobile devices
  • Provide detailed knowledge of computer software and hardware
  • Provide customer support for business and technology-related inquiries and issues
 
Qualifications Include:
  • 1+ year of experience in a 50-100 staff LAN/WAN environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Active Directory and Windows 7 operating system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Experience working with Apple products preferred
