The Ford Agency is looking for mission-driven, experienced professional with a background in working with a neurodivergent youth population in the area of workforce preparedness and job coaching. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with learning or attention issues and have experience in managing the admissions and operations of a program. Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee employment access program operations and day-to-day activities.
Partner with and support student participants and employer partners.
Coordinate and manage the employment outreach and recruitment efforts.
Manage and support the onboarding process for students and employer partners.
Deliver training and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Assist with in-classroom workshops and learning events
Qualifications Include:
Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
5 years of professional experience
Experience working in a classroom environment
Experience working with youth with learning or attention issues or who identify as neurodiverse.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Key attributes: mission driven, results oriented, customer focused, and collaborative.
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
