Job Description

The Ford Agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the successful and team-oriented membership department of a growing non-profit. The Membership Associate will maintain and build relationships and provide excellent customer service. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual with a solid foundation in association membership to join a collaborative team!
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain relationships with current members
  • Research and proactively connect with potential new members
  • Communicate regularly with members; informing them of benefits, daily activities, and answer their inquiries
  • Oversee the process for new member applications and renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to create strategies for engagement and retention
  • Identify trends to drive utilization and tailored support to members
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years professional experience with membership sales, client management, customer service, fundraising or communications
  • CRM, Salesforce, or data management experience a plus
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
