Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Forum Coordinator to work with a top DC, member-based think tank. This role will provide administrative and logistical support for multiple forums to ensure information and training sessions are delivered with the highest level service. This is an excellent role for an individual with at least 3 years of administrative and logistics experience who knows how to juggle different projects including budgets, agendas, and event details.   The successful candidate will have exceptional project management skills, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to support an organization dedicated to training and development and furthering the discussion of critical needs of urban centers.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee logistics for training programs and forum discussions and serve as point of contact for faculty and participants
  • Manage training calendar for multiple learning and development events
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, speakers and industry leaders
  • Collect and analyze session evaluations and KPIs
  • Assess training and development programs and recommend new ideas for future initiatives
 
  Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field
  • 3+ years of administrative and logistics management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10 weeks per year to training sites across the US mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate all levels of staff
  • Excellent MS Office skills
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
