Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an educational non-profit in DC. This is a busy role that will have a great deal of interaction with senior level staff and requires a very organized candidate that can work independently, English/Spanish bilingual is a huge plus! This is a temp-to-hire role and has a hybrid, 4 day/week in-office work model. An excellent opportunity for a candidate who has about 3 years of experience in a similar role/setting.
 
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Serve as main point of contact for the Executive's office and act as liaison
  • Attend executive meetings and record minutes
  • Field incoming requests and escalate as appropriate
  • Assist with various projects as assigned
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience,  C-Suite level experience preferred
  • English/Spanish Bilingual preferred
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Salesforce a plus
  • Top-notch organizational and project management skills
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and be available to work immediately.
