Job Description

The Ford Agency is searching for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team of a Northern Virginia based, faith-based foundation. The Assistant will provide high-level administrative support as well as managing member relations. This is a great role for someone with 2-3 years' administrative experience looking to join a team working towards a fulfilling mission. This is role will be 100% in-person with a Tuesday-Friday schedule; availability on Sundays may be required.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage calendars for leadership, church council, and other support staff
  • Screen all incoming calls and correspondence
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, events, and guests hosted by leadership
  • Monitor and process expense reports
  • Oversee special projects
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Prior administrative experience, non-profit or church preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend work
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
