Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a high-level Office Coordinator to work with a busy national association. In addition to managing the front desk, this person will act as the right hand to their HR Executive and will interact with C-Suite staff on a daily basis. Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle incoming calls and act as first point of contact for staff and visitors

  • Work on HR data management projects and assist with onboarding

  • Order supplies, set up conference rooms, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and manage all shared office spaces

  • Assist HR, Events, and Finance departments with various projects


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1 year of reception/administrative experience; strong internships will be considered

  • High-level of proficiency in MSOffice

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
