Job Description

The Ford Agency is working to find an Membership Assistant to work with an association supporting a large high-level member base. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate with 1 year of post college professional experience looking to pursue a role within the membership space.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Partner with membership team on renewals and outreach initiatives
  • Provide logistical support to all major member events
  • Manage shared inboxes and hotline to assist members with inquiries
  • Monitor case assignments and resolutions
  • Process membership welcome kits and other requested documents
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year professional office experience
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or member relations a plus
  • Strong MSOffice skills, Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
