The Ford Agency is actively working with a well-regarded DC law firm in their search for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will build relationships with law students, lateral and attorney candidates, and others to ensure a smooth recruiting process, while also coordinating and organizing on-campus interviews for a robust summer associate program.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with attorney candidates, law students, search firms, and hiring managers
Review resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate fall on-campus interviews
Coordinate summer associate programs, including orientations, events, and evaluations
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of HR/Recruiting experience in a professional services environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
