Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a growing financial services firm in Bethesda. This role will report to the HR Director and oversees employee relations, benefits, compensation, and will help with other HR strategies and initiatives. This is an exciting role for an HR professional looking to join a collaborative team.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Respond to employee questions and concerns about a variety of HR topics
  • Collaborate with leadership and  on compensation
  • Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Assist with benefits and 401k administration, including working with the benefits brokers, selecting plans, and handling open enrollment
 
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of high level HR experience
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with employee relations required
  • Knowledge of compensation practices
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
