The Ford Agency is actively seeking a Business Development Manager for a temporary assignment at a well-regarded DC law firm. This individual will collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to implement strategies and drive success for the firm! This is a great opportunity for someone with solid legal business development experience to keep their skills sharp between opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify areas for BD growth and strategic focus
Connect with client leads in collaboration with different practice groups
Track progress and evaluate strategy success
Coordinate details for industry specific conferences and other events
Create engaging proposals and pitches working closely with attorneys.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of business development and/or marketing experience, legal or professional services experience preferred
1+ year of supervisory experience
Professional communication skills and client service-oriented personality
Experience managing pitches and client presentations
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM databases
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
