Job Description

The Ford Agency is working with a national association to find an Membership Coordinator to work with a high profile association supporting a large member base. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years of administrative experience looking to gain experience in the membership space. Responsibilities Include:
  • Partner with other teams on membership renewals and outreach initiatives
  • Provide logistical support to all major member events
  • Manage shared inboxes and hotline to assist members with inquiries
  • Monitor case assignments and resolutions
  • Process membership welcome kits and other requested documents
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' professional office experience
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or member relations a plus
  • Strong MSOffice skills, Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
