Job Description

The Ford Agency seeks a Legal HR Manager to join a well-established DC law firm with a fantastic work culture. This role will work on all aspects of the attorney lifecycle, including the onboarding and orientation process, attorney evaluations, and offboarding processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in a professional services environment who has a talent for  streamlining and finding innovative solutions!
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee the attorney onboarding and orientation process
  • Manage the attorney evaluation process firmwide
  • Manage the attorney off-boarding process
  • Collaborate with outside counsel on visa and immigration matters
  • Manage the foreign attorney program with the recruiting team and other teams
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of legal personnel, HR, recruiting or similar functions
  • Law firm experience required
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing a team
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
