Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a professional Director of Talent Acquisition to work with a top regulatory association. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding new hires, and workforce planning initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to grasp the big picture while also handling the day to day responsibilities, be a strategic thinker, and take the initiative to identify and implement creative solutions and innovations to processes.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process
  • Meet and collaborate with hiring managers to address internal hiring needs
  • Manage the internship program, including attending career fairs and hosting online webinars
  • Assess and recommend improvements for HR processes and programs
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics and make adjustments to processes as needed
  • Manage the onboarding process
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience
    • Experience managing intern programs a plus
  • Relevant HR Certification preferred
  • Innovative and self-motivated work style
  • Experience working with HRIS recruiting systems
    • Dayforce a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
 
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
