Job Description

A top lobbying firm in DC has partnered with The Ford Agency to find an Office Coordinator to manage their front desk and in-office events. Candidates with previous reception or office coordination experience looking for a stable, fulfilling role with a supportive and well-established team are encouraged to apply.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Greet clients and answer phones
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Manage vendor relationships and order supplies
  • Oversee conference room schedule
  • Plan and execute logistics for events and meetings
 
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior reception experience in a professional office setting
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented approach
